All our products are designed and made with attention to detail. If for any reason you’re not happy with the items received, please return them unused within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, no questions asked. Please note items are returned at your expense unless faulty. If you believe there to be a manufacturing fault, please download the returns form from the customer service area of this site, email it to us and we will be in touch to have the goods uplifted and a replacement sent. Please send proof of purchase. We do not give refunds on sale items and will only exchange goods that are deemed faulty once reviewed by the Babu team.
