All our products are designed and made with complete attention to detail. If for any reason you’re not happy with the items received, please return them unused within 21 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them, with proof of purchase, no questions asked, with only the below exceptions.
Please note items are returned at your expense unless faulty. If you believe there to be a manufacturing fault, please download the returns form and follow the return policy below.
You can guarantee our goods are made in an environmentally and socially acceptable manner. This is as important to us as it is to you.
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
(a) If you have damaged the goods including damage caused by inadequate packaging when returning goods
(b) Items custom-made to order
(c) Sale items
If you are returning the product, please return the goods in the original box or packaging if it is an exchange. Please fill in the returns form and contact us at email@example.com
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault we will arrange to have this item picked up and once examined either, a store credit, exchanged or refunded. Remember to include the invoice/packing slip with the goods.
If you are returning for an exchange eg: colour or size, please send the item to the below address with the reason why you are returning along with the returns form and the action you require. Remember you will be responsible for paying the freight both ways.
