All deliveries must include a street address and phone number. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. We do not charge extra for rural deliveries.
We accept no responsibility for undelivered parcels.
New Zealand Delivery
A courier is used for all town, city and rural deliveries. Please allow up to 2-5 working days for your order to arrive. All our parcels are now sent 'ATL (Authority to leave) unless you specify in the comments section you would like SIGNATURE REQUIRED or to have the parcel left in a certain place.
International Delivery
All Australian orders are sent via Toll or Omni Parcel and are picked up Monday, Wednesday and Friday only, please allow 4-7 working days from when they leave our warehouse.
All other international orders are sent through DHL, parcels can NOT be sent to PO Boxes. Please allow up to 5-8 working days.
Delivery to Russia: Please be aware we have made the decision to NOT send any parcels to Russia. This is due to strict customs procedure of personal items being allowed into the country. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note:
- Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
- Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorites in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver. The threshold in the UK is very low for payment of duties/taxes – around a GBP20 value.
- Deliveries to out of town / rural areas may take longer.
- Due to current circumstances with Covid-19 shipping can take longer. Please review your tracking details before asking us where your parcel is.
