DELIVERY

New Zealand Delivery
When you place your order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing details. Delivery details must include a street address as we do not deliver to post office boxes. We accept no responsibility for failing to deliver if you provide an incorrect street address. A courier is used for all town and city deliveries. If delivery is to a rural address, New Zealand post is used. Please allow two to three working days for your order to arrive.

Note: "Working days" do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

International Delivery

We accept no responsibility for non-delivery if you provide an incorrect street address. All international orders are sent through New Zealand post. Please allow 10 working days.

Note: Delays due to customs clearance or internal service are not accounted for. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the authorites in your country. These duties, taxes or charges are payable by the receiver.

Deliveries to rural areas may take longer.
